There are already many good examples of collaborative projects between Deaf and disabled people, artists and others exploring ways of improving the built environment.

We will be adding more and more of these exemplar projects to this site soon. In the meantime, Disability Arts Online provides regular news about the creative work of Deaf and disabled artists.

Previous work by InsideOut artists

The initial stages of InsideOut gave selected Deaf and disabled artists the opportunity to explore their interpretations of the built environment through their own creative practice. These can be viewed at an earlier version of this website.
